Last updated: 2 September 2026
Customer due diligence
- Identity verification of every account holder before regulated features are enabled.
- Verification of business registration, directors and beneficial owners for SME accounts.
- Enhanced due diligence for higher-risk profiles, including politically exposed persons.
- Periodic refresh of customer information based on risk rating.
Ongoing monitoring
Transaction patterns are monitored for structuring, unusual velocity, mismatch with stated income and rapid pass-through activity. Alerts are reviewed by a compliance reviewer and every decision is recorded in the audit trail.
Sanctions and watchlists
Customers and counterparties are screened against applicable sanctions and watchlists at onboarding and on an ongoing basis. Matches are frozen pending review.
Reporting and record keeping
Suspicious activity is reported to the relevant authority through our licensed partners, and records are retained for the statutory period. We do not tip off customers about a report.
Demo environment
In demo mode no real identity documents are collected and no real screening is performed; the flows shown illustrate the intended production controls.
